There is a beautiful courtyard for tenants and guests. There is on-site laundry downstairs that works with an app called Cleartoken for coinless payment options. Parking is on the street although there are a few parking lots with monthly parking passes offered in the neighborhood. Available NOW! Rent is $1200 per month with a separate utility charge of $110 that includes everything: water, trash, gas, wastewater discharge, electric and heat. $35 per month fee for the included Wi-Fi.
