Looking for either fly in and out type renter that comes and goes or a student that needs a family for support. students are welcome. We can negotiate terms like cooking laundry so you feel welcomed and supported !! We were a billet family for years. The rate would go up for supported student to include food etcI have 2 rooms and could accommodate both scenarios . A fly in /out I could lower the rent and provide a private room with private entrance. I do not allow guests in the home. Bathroom would be shared and kept clean. I have 2 amazing dogs on site that you would need to be comfortable with!!! You would have access to the kitchen and laundry. Cochrane is a great community. parents of international students, I am a police officer and can offer a very safe environment for your child. communication is the key to success with away students.
