You have a working space with 2 table comfortable chair if you wish to set up ur laptop or computer. Extra oil thermostat heater with cleaning equipments are in unit as well .House rules : the unit and price is for one individual only , meaning no over night sleep over also we all are working people after 10:30 pm is sleep time ,you can have visitors they must leave after 9:00 pm , if you wish to watch movie late night I have provided wireless head set to enjoy watching tv quietly while others are sleeping . No smoking in unit at all ! No party at all !
