In the near future, I will be installing an air conditioning/heating unit in the Apartment for added comfort; as of now, I am just waiting to hear from the installer as parts are still on order

The rest of the unit has engineered hardwood flooring throughout. Included with this unit is 4 stainless steel whirlpool appliances and in-suite laundry. You will have a south facing balcony with large glass windows as well as access to 1 energized parking stall. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom as well as LED lighting throughout the unit. Heat, gas and water are included in rental price, however you will have to provide your own power, phone/cable and renters insurance (proof of insurance must be shown prior to taking possession).
