I’m 31 and work in a control center in Edmonton as a shift worker. I’m only home half of the time--I work every second weekend so you’ll have plenty of privacy. I am also an artist and travel frequently to perform. In my spare time I like to cook, work out, go boating, listen to music, and entertain guests. I am very laid back and able to get along with anybody. The other room mate, Marcos, is a 25 year old Mechanical Engineer. He is into fitness, intramural sports, volunteering, and is tri-lingual. We are welcoming people and hope to share the house with someone open and friendly. This set up is ideal for someone who is new to town and looking to meet people or someone who wants to live with fun, hardworking young professionals. Misc:No pets (yes, this includes cats), 21 years+, no preference on gender. Proof of employment, previous landlord/roommate references, 1 month damage deposit, and tenant insurance are required.
