Will try our best to treat you fairly and with care. The new price reflects a recent change in price, our last price increase was 5 years ago. We try our hardest not to increase tenants that are willing to stay long-term. Have never increased rent during a tenants stay.Pets are allowed with a fee and some proof you are a responsible pet owner. We love the animals.This is a 2 bedroom condo with 1 bathroom and in suit laundry.There is a spacious living room with a large balcony, with lots of room for patio furniture. The windows are south facing with lots of bright light. The floors are new dark stained hard wood with renovated kitchen and bathroom and all upgraded appliances.The area is amazing with quick access to all major routs and roads (Anthony Henday Dr., White Mud) with direct access to amazing hiking trails. We love the area so much that we purchased a home 5 minutes from this location, therefore we will be available should you need us. The condo is close to South Common, Century Park LRT station (15 minute walk), and close to a bunch of fun locations. While being in the middle of getting to Down Town, Sherwood Park or West Edmonton. There is easy access to all universities. There is a great family run Donair shop as well within walking distance. The in suit Laundry machine is next gen. The laundry machine both washes and dries as a single unit. You put clothes in throw in soap and it will come out clean and dry. Very efficient use of space and saves a lot of time if your lazy like us. The unit comes with two outdoor parking spaces, with two large visitor parking units, that way friends and family do not need to park on the street.Pictures represent the place when we lived in it.Current Tenants are expected to leave by may 1st.
