With four bedrooms and three baths, this residence offers 2661 square feet of living space in the desirable neighborhood of Brooklyn Heights. Inside, you'll find the elegance of hardwood floors paired with modern conveniences like a dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchen. The home is thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials you'll need, and the added convenience of a washer and dryer ensures a comfortable and seamless stay in this historic gem. Amenities: - Each Rove property includes a fully-stocked chef's kitchen, Nespresso machines, luxury linens, and Malin & Goetz soaps. - Our TVs are powered by Roku and we offer free access to Netflix, Hulu + Live TV, and Disney+. - This property also includes an in-unit washer/dryer, and may allow pets with approval. Workstations: Every Rove property is outfitted for remote-friendly stays. Rove workstations are generally equipped with: - 400 mbps WiFi throughout the property / High Speed WiFi - Ergonomic chairs - Electric standing desks - Ultra High-Definition monitor with integrated docking station - Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse Room Configuration: - Primary Bedroom: 1 queen bed - Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed - Bedroom 3: 1 full bed - Bedroom 4: 1 sleeper sofa (twin sized) - Bedroom 5: Library w/ a sleeper sofa Arrival & Ongoing Support: This property is all yours! You will either be personally greeted by a Rove member or provided with self check-in instructions. Our Concierge team is available to assist you with additional cleanings, maintenance, or local recommendations. Details will be provided upon confirmation of your stay. The Neighborhood: Brooklyn Heights is a posh residential area of elegant brownstones. It's known for its tree-lined promenade along the East River, with unrivaled views of Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty. The neighborhood also attracts visitors and local families to the landscaped walkways and playgrounds of waterfront Brooklyn Bridge Park. Locals gather at the longstanding bars and restaurants along Henry Street. Other Things to Note: This home contains an environmental sensor that is remotely monitored. With weekly complimentary cleaning on Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1000 as well as possible removal from the property. Pets are allowed at this home with the expressed and written consent of the property management company. If an unauthorized pet is on the Property, Occupant is in breach of their rental agreement. Damage or cleaning attributable to pets shall be charged to Occupant as an Additional Charge, together with a one-time $300 for reservations. All pets and animals must be fully vaccinated, non-aggressive, free of fleas and ticks, and fully house-trained. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home. Please note that this property requires a $5000 security deposit for stays of less than 90 nights and $10,000 for stays of 90 nights or longer. This security deposit is facilitated after a booking is confirmed and through the property manager as a credit card hold taken 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure. Please note that the minimum stay is 30 nights (31 days).
