The heart of this penthouse is the full-stocked gourmet kitchen, featuring Carrera marble countertops and a suite of high-end Miele appliances. The bathrooms boast custom Miton vanities, Duravit bathtubs and toilets, exquisite Marmo Bianco tile work. You will either be personally greeted by a Rove member or provided with self check-in instructions. Our Concierge team is available to assist you with additional cleanings, maintenance, or local recommendations. Details will be provided upon confirmation of your stay. The Neighborhood: Home to a large Polish-American community, Brooklyn's evolving Greenpoint neighborhood is a residential area with hipster appeal. Traditional Polish shops and restaurants share the streets with trend-setting eateries, bars and live music venues. Galleries and artist studios are found in converted warehouses. The revitalized East River waterfront has parks and new high-rises with sweeping views of midtown Manhattan. Other Things to Note: Pets are allowed at this home with the expressed and written consent of the property management company. If an unauthorized pet is on the Property, Occupant is in breach of their rental agreement. Damage or cleaning attributable to pets shall be charged to Occupant as an Additional Charge, together with a one-time $300 for reservations. All pets and animals must be fully vaccinated, non-aggressive, free of fleas and ticks, and fully house-trained. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home. Please note that this property requires a $5000 security deposit for stays of less than 90 nights and $10,000 for stays of 90 nights or longer. This security deposit is facilitated after a booking is confirmed and through the property manager as a credit card hold taken 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure. Please note that the minimum stay is 30 nights (31 days).
