Each of the 3 bedrooms include en suite bathrooms and enjoy natural light throughout the day and there is generous storage and closet space throughout the apartment, including en suite laundry and a powder room which is convenient for guests to your home. Travel is made easy with multiple train stations and bus routes within a 2 minute walk. Other Things to Note: Refer a property to Rove, get up $7,000 in cash. Terms and conditions apply. As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1000 as well as possible removal from the property. Pets are allowed at this home with the expressed and written consent of the property management company. If an unauthorized pet is on the Property, Occupant is in breach of their rental agreement. Damage or cleaning attributable to pets shall be charged to Occupant as an Additional Charge, together with a one-time $300 for reservations. All pets and animals must be fully vaccinated, non-aggressive, free of fleas and ticks, and fully house-trained. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home. Please note that this property requires a $5000 security deposit for stays of less than 90 nights and $10,000 for stays of 90 nights or longer. This security deposit is facilitated after a booking is confirmed and through the property manager as a credit card hold taken 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure. Please note that the minimum stay is 30 nights (31 days).
