This bright and spacious 4 bed, 3 bath penthouse spans nearly 2,000 sq ft and includes an additional 800 sq ft custom-designed private rooftop oasis with a built-in gas grill. This unit features high ceilings, walnut floors, and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The main and guest bathrooms are equipped with soaking tubs, jetted tubs, rain-showers, and custom cabinetry, while the primary bathroom features a spa steam sauna for the ultimate relaxation experience. Amenities: - Each Rove property includes a fully-stocked chef's kitchen, Nespresso machines, luxury linens, and Malin & Goetz soaps. - Our TVs are powered by Roku and we offer free access to Netflix, Hulu + Live TV, and Disney+. - This property also includes an in-unit washer/dryer, and may allow pets with approval. Workstations: Every Rove property is outfitted for remote-friendly stays. Guest Access: This three-story apartment is the penthouse unit of a 3 unit residential building. This home as access to a keyed elevator, video intercom system, and private entry to the unit in the secured building corridor. The Neighborhood: Located in the heart of Hell's Kitchen, this duplex is a short distance from the hub of the Broadway Theater District, with a variety of dining and transportation nearby. The block is lined with townhomes, trees and cultural icons, including the Actor's Studio. Getting Around: Public street parking is available on a first come basis. Other Things to Note: This home contains an environmental sensor that is remotely monitored. As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1000 as well as possible removal from the property. Pets are allowed at this home with the expressed and written consent of the property management company. If an unauthorized pet is on the Property, Occupant is in breach of their rental agreement. Damage or cleaning attributable to pets shall be charged to Occupant as an Additional Charge, together with a one-time $300 for reservations. All pets and animals must be fully vaccinated, non-aggressive, free of fleas and ticks, and fully house-trained. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home. Please note that this property requires a $5000 security deposit for stays of less than 90 nights and $10,000 for stays of 90 nights or longer. This security deposit is facilitated after a booking is confirmed and through the property manager as a credit card hold taken 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure. Please note that the minimum stay is 30 nights (31 days).
