In the heart of Oliver, is this large and well-lit furnished room in a cozy apartment. Right on the 902 bus line, it is a 15 minute bus ride to the University of Alberta and 10 minute bus ride to the heart of downtown. Walking distance to cafes, parks, community gardens, and shops.This bedroom a has desk, and a full size closet with tons of storage. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen and living area. Free Laundry on the floor, and use of the pool, gym, etc. There is also a balcony if you would like to use in the summer time and if you like to garden! I live in a sectioned off, loft area cut out of the main space room as this is a one bedroom apartment. Rent includes all utilities including internet.You would be living with myself, a 26 year old health care worker who likes cooking, watercolour painting, crochet, taking care of plants, etc. I do not drink or party whatsoever. You’d also have to be ok with living with my cat, who doesn’t love closed doors and would bond with you! I would also be open to someone bringing one cat as long as they get along with mine, and they are cleaned up after. Its very important to me that the apartment is kept clean and I would have a cleaning schedule for us to share for shared spaces. It is a no-smoking apartment. I am LGBTQ affirming and open to living with women and/or non-binary and/or genderqueer folks only.I want this to be a safe, clean, quiet space for both us to come back to at the end of the day of work/school!
