Hey everyone! I am looking for an individual roommate to share my unit with me and my three cats; for March 1st. I am renting out two unfinished rooms (one bedroom and one den-like room, so you will have your own space as well as the rest of the house) the rest of the house is otherwise completely furnished. The home is a two-and-a-half-ish bedroom unit with one bathroom. The unit has in-suite laundry and a small backyard. Non-smoking of any kind in or around the unit. It is close to lots of amenities, Franklin train station is a 10-minute walk from the unit; Home Depot, Safeway, and Walmart are also within walking distance. The unit is across from a large park. The landlords will not allow any more animals in the unit. A little about me as I will be sharing the space; I am a huge nerd, and the undeveloped basement houses a large table perfect for board games and tabletop gaming. While it would be lovely to have someone of a similar interest it is not necessary. Please note; that there will be an application process before you move in. More photos are available on request.
