This area is surrounded by national parks, Great restaurants , unique shops and special events on historical Flagler Ave and Canal St. With oldie cars lined up down a palm tree coastal small town street every 2nd Sat and a farmer's market. Fun for all ages and centrally located if you're interested in making day trips. Disney and all the parks Universal, Epcot are 45 minutes away. Daytona Beach 500 is 20 minutes away and they have races throughout the year. A large surfing water park is coming soon and if you'd like to see a launch, you can actually see them 3 minutes away from this property at the river. Airports are Daytona Beach 20 mins away, Orlando International 45 mins , Sanford Orlando 40 mins away and Melbourne 1 Hr.
