The one being rented has a walk-in closet, the other has a double-closet. Lots of sunlight, on the top floor. -Due to layout of the washrooms and closet, no bedroom shares a wall, allowing you lots of privacy.-A very cozy living room space with gas fireplace. Modern kitchen.-Nice division of floors: Upstairs sleeping space, main-floor living space.-2x decks for summer! :) Front and back. -large cabinets and pantry for your food-Storage available (some in garage, some in basement)-There is a washer and a dryer in the basement. There are plans to develop the basement. It will be (mostly) a downstairs music studio.-Parking: It should be possible to fit 3 vehicles in the space between garage, driveway, street parking. ---Hi, my name is Stephen and I'm both a substitute teacher and a professional musician.
