All other wall sconces turn on by tightening bulb. - Lock doors & turn off all electrical appliances when you leave. - Cleaning service available upon request and required for stays longer than 21 days. - Amazon Firestick for TV apps. - Late checkouts may incur additional fees up to an entire full nights stay. - DO NOT SMOKE inside otherwise, at our sole discretion, you will be charged $350 cleaning fee. This includes the SMELL of any kind of incense, marijuana or cigs etc. Soiled linens may result in additional costs. - Pets: Please inquire. $150 pet fee. Additional cleaning fees determined by what needs to happen to return unit back to original. Based on $35/hr. - The water, gas, and trash are paid utilities. The limit on the internet is 1,280 gigs.
