We are a corporate housing company based in Los Angeles since 2012 .Our furnished serviced suites come equipped with industry standard items for today's modern traveler. The Space: This is our furnished 2BR suite located in Los Angeles, just outside the downtown core. Our unit is located on the 4th floor with a courtyard facing balcony. It overlooks the large swimming pool and has a great side view of the downtown LA skyline. Rent includes 2 assigned parking spaces in our gated parking garage, gas, water, power, Wi-Fi (30 mb/s), cable tv, Central AC, dishwasher, gas stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer in unit and large walk-in closets, modern bathroom, hardwood flooring, 1,000 sq ft, no pets, no smoking inside the unit. The unit comes with 2 queen beds that sleeps 4 total occupants. There is a $300.00/month utility cap. It is in Los Angeles, just outside the downtown core Lease Extensions are based on availability and market rates. Optional Add-ons Wi-Fi service upgrades Cable TV programing upgrades Housekeeping Services Check-in: 4pm Check-out: 10am Booking requirements 1. Valid Government Issued ID/ DL/ Passport 2. Complete a "Residential Application" (via docisign) direct with our company for review and approval prior to booking 3. Income and Employment verification 4. All occupants must sign a "Lease Agreement" (via docusign) direct with our company Third party bookings: We do not allow third party bookings. Occupants must use/create their own Housing Anywhere account. You must be present at check-in. We do not release keys to third parties. The Community: The complex is maintained by a friendly and professional staff. As our guest you would have access to the following Large swimming pool Jacuzzi Fitness Center Business Center Conference Room Outdoor Fireplace Bicycle Storage Elevators throughout the complex BBQ areas in courtyards. Security: There is a 24hr security desk that monitors the high-definition cameras throughout the complex and parking garage. This is a key fob access-controlled community. Noise Policy We ask all our guest to be respectful and courteous to the residents and staff. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Noise complaints, drunk and or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. Pet Policy There are no pets allowed in our units. We are Americans with Disability Act (ADA) service dog compliant. Smoking Policy There is no smoking of any kind inside our unit. You can smoke in the balcony with the door closed behind you. Smoking in the unit will result in loss of security deposit and other charges which will include new carpeting and painting of the unit.
