No transportation required. There are bus tours and taxis available. The Metro train station is also closeby. You are free to use the TV (with Netflix only). Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $50 per pet per stay. Restrictions apply. This will be collected separately, prior to your arrival. Parking is available onsite for $20 per day and reservation is needed. Please contact host to reserve oarking. A $200-$500 refundable security deposit might be asked upon booking. Our standard check-in time is after 4PM - no check-in end time. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in and must be staying at the property. During your stay, the apartment is 100% yours. We ask you to use our accommodation as you would your own home and to treat the equipment provided with respect and to be considerate to your neighborhood. In order for you to get the most out of it, we recommend you to follow these few simple rules. These will avoid any misunderstandings and will ensure that the house/apartment stays in good order. Sofa Bed: Full size bed good for 1 Adult or 2 Child (not more than 12 years) Number of allowed guest: Max 3 Adults and 1 Child (not more than 12 years) No smoking Strict NO Smoking Policy in unit/balcony/pool ($1,000 Fine) No parties or events at any time. No loud noises or disturbances NO Illegal Drugs No additional guests Quiet hours - 9PM to 6PM No disturbing residents Check-in is after 4PM Check-out is on or before 11AM Keys are a minimum of $150/key to replace. A fee will apply if they are lost, or not returned on time before 11am. You will be fully responsible for damages and noise complaints. "We are not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash, jewelry or other valuables left unattended in guest rooms. We are also not responsible for articles/valuables left behind by guests and found after departure of the guest". Pets are welcome WITH APPROVAL for a fee as long as they do not lay on beds/furniture or damage anything. There will be a $500 fee for any animals/pets brought without prior approval as the property will not allow unapproved pets.
