Chestnut Street is a major historic street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It was originally named Wynne Street because Thomas Wynne's home was there. William Penn renamed it Chestnut Street in 1684. It runs eastwest from the Delaware River waterfront in downtown Philadelphia through Center City and West Philadelphia. The road crosses the Schuylkill River on the Chestnut Street Bridge. It serves as eastbound Pennsylvania Route 3 between 63rd and 38th Streets. 19th St & Chestnut St - FS Bus stop· Chestnut St & 20th St Bus stop· Market St & 21st St - FS Bus station· 19th St Trolley Station Light rail station Payment Schedule: We will take a prepayment of $100 upon booking confirmation, prepayment is taken from your total and the remaining balance will be charged to you 7 days before your arrival. If the reservation is within 7 days before arrival we will charge your reservation full. Additional Fee: ***NOTE THAT There will be a 8.5% of Admin fee added to your reservation that will be collected by the Host. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $50 per pet per 5 days stay.
