Bring your vision to this 0.554-acre corner lot in Cotton Valley, where some of the groundwork has already begun. A cistern, concrete pilings, septic system and partially completed pool are already in place, offering a head start over raw land. The existing concrete pilings and cistern are elevated several feet above grade, and a thoughtfully designed two-story home may offer partial Caribbean Sea views from an upper level or covered gallery. A mature tamarind tree adds island character, while the East End location puts beaches, the St. Croix Yacht Club, golf and dining nearby, with Christiansted about 15 minutes away.
