Room for rent Hi, I saw your ad looking for a room and I have an xl room available (I have furniture available for it, if you need it), which is 25' x 12' with a panoramic landscape view. The rent is fully negotiable. I live in a doorman-attended bldg., (pictures attached for your perusal, some combined into one for simplicity and space-saving) which has a 24/7 laundry room, two swimming pools and is three blocks from the trains. This bldg. has many multifaceted amenities that are prevalent throughout, as well as conveniences a few blocks away. I am primarily looking to rent to someone who is neat and clean, as well as responsible and reliable. About me, I'm a professional business owner, I am impeccably and immaculately clean (not OCD, though, lol), I am a fitness buff, so I keep healthy food in the house, and I live alone. I also had a housekeeper that lost her work visa and job because the agency closed and I pay $35/hr. cash ($200/day) for housekeeping, if you know anyone that needs a job. If you're interested in the room, or the job, include your #, full name with a simple photo and I'll schedule a viewing. Sincerely, Paula
