There are 4 units in total with a shared courtyard and shared grassy area. The apartments are on a flag lot behind a house so it's typically very quiet. This unit shares a wall with the next door neighbor so it's not a great fit for people who like to be loud and party. My elderly mother and I own and manage the property so you will be dealing with real people. We are attentive and responsive to our tenants' needs. We have owned this property for close to 20 years and have worked very hard to make sure everything is in good working order. Most of our tenants have been there for over 5 years.
