Property Id: 2718126 If historic buildings with tons of character are your thing, then look no further. Cited in Logan Square history books, this jaw-dropping 8-unit building on the boulevard is likely everything you're looking for and more. Lots of green space in the front yard, a shared courtyard in back, encapsulated by intricate masonry work that you simply don't find anymore. The property is meticulously cared for, and the residents living there consistently form a community that cares for the building and each other. Simply put, it's a special place. If you're familiar with the location, it's close enough to the action but at the same time tucked away over in it's peaceful little end of the boulevard (about a 10min walk to the square and L-train). Whether you're inside your spacious apartment or the many outdoor spaces on the property, you have plenty of unique & serene space to enjoy. We find that residents stay here long-term, and for good reason. This 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom apartment sits in the 2unit building of this property (there are 2 buildings connected by a courtyard), and thus you have less neighbors to share walls with. The landlord is responsive, friendly, and considerate, unlike many landlords in the city, thus making sure you enjoy your new home. Minimum lease term of 12 months, $45 application fee, $500 non-refundable move-in fee, and $50/mo pet rent fee (if applicable).
