OWNER FINANCING AVAILABLE. For sale is a 3.21 acre surveyed parcel of land with improvements on Route 9 in Unity. This property is in need of either full renovation, or tearing down and starting again. A previous owner did state there is a drilled well onsite and any septic that is on site is expected to be an older style that would need bringing up to code. The home used to have a lead paint abatement order against it but that has been discharged after being professionally abated. The owner would consider owner financing with a good deposit, terms are available upon request. The property is being sold 'As Is'. Financing terms available upon request.
