Good morning, sunshine! Our sweet Sunshine Cottage just got a huge price reduction, plus new battery backup and a freshly repaired gravel road leading to the paved driveway. This bright, breezy cottage greets every day with sunrise views over Coral Bay Harbor and trade winds that do the cooling for you. Tucked behind lush landscaping and a shared gated drive serving just one neighbor, it's private without being remote: restaurants and groceries are just down the hill, and the beach is 10 minutes away. Turn-key and thoughtfully updated with eucalyptus cabinetry, granite counters, composite decking, pergola and sunshade, grill, stainless cable railings, A/C and added storage. A history of five-star reviews says it all. Live here, rent it out, or do both.
