All leases state that pest control is the responsibility of the resident, so rather then having to pay hundreds of dollars for treatment, or just as much to "treat it on your own", we have partnered with Pest Share to provide pest control for the following pests: ants, roaches, bed bugs, fleas, ticks, weevils, mites, and mice. Rental Requirements: You must have a good previous landlord reference, no evictions within the last 5 years, you can not currently owe a previous landlord money nor can you have utility bills in collections.
