Beautiful New Apartment Community - THE LUMINARY. ---- SCHEDULE A SHOWING ONLINE AT: http://showmojo.com/llz/476f5540a2 ---- Let it shine. Mt. Vernon Avenue of the early 1900’s was a vibrant corridor of small businesses, entertainment venues, restaurants and shops—and the soul of the city. The King-Lincoln Bronzeville neighborhood has seen a recent resurgence, once again primed for life and light. Situated near downtown on Mt. Vernon Avenue, Luminary apartments is complete and ready for you to call home. The Luminary is more than just a place to live—it’s part of a walkable community where neighbors look out for each other and share a deep sense of connection. This building is co-owned by Shiloh Baptist Church, one of the oldest black churches in Columbus and a revered community institution. We think you'll notice the difference living in an apartment that is owned by a local team that is invested in the community, rather than an out-of-town corporate landlord. Located near CCAD, Columbus State, Mayme Moore Park, the Lincoln Theatre, and all the great bars and restaurants of Bronzeville, Old Town East, and Downtown! This apartment is a win for the home bodies too. Brass fixtures and unique blue tiled backsplash will make your home feel effortlessly luxurious. These apartments are high quality and far from cookie-cutter. The stainless steel appliances and in-unit washer and dryer and dishwasher will make chores more enjoyable, and the walk in closet gives you plenty of room for storage, clothes and shoes. We'd love to give you a tour. Come check out this amazing two-story, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome apartment, with a deep balcony with beautiful views of the Columbus skyline and sunsets.
