$1,250 /Month

Looking for someone to take over the other room/bathroom in a gorgeous, mountain-facing 1320sqft 2.5B/2B apartment 10 min from downtown in Baker. The apartment is furnished and shared—including a stocked kitchen, studio space, cozy living room, spacious patio with grill, etc. Ideally hoping for another creative who’s looking for a chill, tidy, well-set-up space to settle into. Looking mostly for a longer-term fit to pick up the rest of the lease and renew in February. I have 2 cute kitties already so preferrably no more pets. About me: I'm a 33-year-old brand designer who works from home most of the time and picks up shifts as a barista a few times a week down the road. I love dancing, nature, firespinning, and music. (: If you feel we could be a good fit, let's chat! Rent: ~$1250/month // ~$1350 all included
