Close your eyes.... The year is 1919, this home has been owned by 5 generations and for the first time in 107 years "The Pumpkin Lady's" house can be your next chapter. For decades the resident of this home had mesmerized all with the magic of Halloween. Hundreds of enchanting jack o lanterns adorned the front porch and yard every October as a beloved annual tradition. If walls could talk, what stories they would tell. I was fortunate to have been a neighbor growing up and honored to tell you all about the history and charm of this pristine, original, historic home situated in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Longmeadow. Take a stroll through the surprise gardens with stunning perennials. Many updates to mechanicals such as roof and windows while honoring the original woodwork and charm. Don't miss this one..... You could be the next lucky caretaker of 111 Greenacre.
