Flippers and Investors, here is a home for you. This 5 room Cape has 10 year old roof, solar, windows and siding. The living room and two first floor bedrooms have Hardwood Parquet Flooring. The Hot Water Heater and the Heating system do NOT work. This is being sold 'AS IS WHERE IS'. The electricity and water are both off at the street (and the seller will NOT turn them on), so bring a flashlight and don't use the toilet. This can be sold by CASH OR HARD MONEY LOAN ONLY. Property has easy access to Shopping, Highways and Restaurants. Plainville is a highly sought after town.
