This wonderful, furnished 2BR home was renovated by the owner who acquired it from his father and has opted to keep it as a place for his (and other families) to gather and connect. Fully renovated in 2018 with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Queen beds in both bedrooms, a bathtub in one bathroom and a step in shower in the other. The living/dining/den space has been meticulously redesigned with family time in mind. The backyard is lush and includes a fire pit, bar and grill to take it outside and take advantage of one of the best climates in the world! You have access to the garage (with a washer/dryer) as well as the large driveway. Rate is subject change based on length of stay, seasonality and which utilities are included.
