SCHEDULE A SHOWING ONLINE AT: showmojo.com/lrbe/51c1d780e4 ---- Now Available! Rare Dilworth 2 BR/2 BA cottage that's been beautifully remodeled while retaining its 1931 charm. Wake up to natural sunlight through the original paned windows and stroll into a completely renovated kitchen for morning coffee. As the coffee machine percolates on the new quartz countertops, the distant sound of Uptown (1/2 mile away) resonates. With a hot, half-filled mug, you step out the front door to briefly wave to your neighbor from your covered porch. Heading back inside with the old hardwoods creaking underneath, you eschew the laptop in your converted office/dining room and head out the back door past the new washer & dryer (included!). Slowly descending into the large fenced-in yard, the grassy backyard beckons as your dog, Rex, jumps to attention on your blue, retro picnic table (included!). "Should I walk over to South End for dinner tonight, take the light rail into Uptown, or simply have some friends over to BBQ in the backyard?" Rex barks "yes!"
