Some views are hard to describe. This is one of them. Overlooking Cutler Harbor, this 1905 Cape has a front row seat to one of Maine's true working waterfronts, where lobster boats head out in the morning and return to the harbor at the end of the day. This home has been lovingly maintained and updated over recent years, boasting 4 bedrooms - or one large bonus room if you wish to convert it into a first floor office, updated heating system and siding. The large 2 car garage/barn is the perfect place to have a spacious workshop or studio on the second floor overlooking the harbor. Cutler is a small downeast fishing village surrounded by the rugged beauty of the Bold Coast, with the Little River Lighthouse just offshore, boats departing during season for the puffin colonies of Machias Seal Island, hiking trails, and 25 mins from Machias, where you can find all of the amenities of the county seat.
