Luxury new construction on Narragansett's coveted Ocean Road, where beach days and coastal trails become part of everyday life. Near Scarborough State Beach and Black Point, 815 Ocean Road is the first of three custom homes in The Avalon Collection to break ground. Developed by David James Custom Homes and built by Davitt Design and Build, this 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath residence offers approximately 2,858 SF. With the foundation in place, there is still time to personalize finishes. Cathedral ceilings define the upper-level gathering spaces, complemented by island kitchen, pantry, custom cabinetry, stone countertops and appliances. White oak floors, custom millwork and two gas fireplaces bring warmth to the coastal design. The primary suite includes a walk-in closet, adjoining bath and access to covered and open decks. Three additional bedrooms with adjoining baths and a separate family room provide a welcoming setting for guests. Approximately 1,250 SF of porches and decks create outdoor spaces for quiet mornings, summer dining and evenings after the beach. An enclosed outdoor shower and included pool/spa allowance enhance the coastal lifestyle. Cedar shingles, impact-rated Andersen windows and TimberTech decking complete this Rhode Island retreat, designed for seasonal escapes or year-round living. Under construction. Renderings and similar-home photos are illustrative. Final plans, finishes and pool/spa subject to agreement; customization subject to timing and builder approval.
