For the safety and comfort of our household, we are renting to a single, female occupant only. No couples, no kids, no animals. Fully furnished, 1100 square foot basement Apt. Google fiber, all utilities included. Full sized bed with sheets and comforter included. Built in closet and dresser in the bedroom. Keypad locks on doors. There's also a separate space outside of each bedroom to use. Very quiet, conservative, no drama household. Perfect for someone who seeks a quiet life. I live upstairs with my grandson. Other tenant is a lady in her mid 40s. Must have verifiable and reliable income. I work from home so outside employment is required. TransUnion background and credit check required. It's about $40.00. I do not send that to you unless we both feel that it's a good fit and want to proceed to the next step. $400 deposit plus first month rent due at signing. We're looking for the right fit for both sides. Feel free to ask any questions.
