Property Id: 2616542 Welcome to this beautifully maintained 4-bedroom, 2-bath home in the heart of Spring Valley. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this property offers breathtaking mountain views from the backyard, providing the perfect setting to relax, unwind, and enjoy Southern California sunsets. The home features a spacious and comfortable layout with fully furnished common areas, making it easy to settle in from day one. Residents will enjoy access to a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and ample cabinet space, along with an in-home washer and dryer for added convenience. The living room, dining area, and shared spaces are fully furnished and ready to enjoy. Three private bedrooms are currently available for rent at $1,500 per month each. The home includes two full bathrooms. The primary (master) bedroom is currently occupied by me, the property owner, and includes a private attached bathroom. The three available bedrooms share the second full bathroom. I am seeking tenants interested in a 12-month lease who value a clean, respectful, and drama-free living environment. The home would be a great fit for working professionals, military members, graduate students, or anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to live. For transparency, I have a friendly 6-year-old American Bully who lives in the home. She is well-behaved and part of the family. I also have a 5-year-old son who stays with me approximately half of the year. I'm looking for roommates who are comfortable living in a family-oriented environment. Once all three bedrooms are occupied, I plan to move out and will then offer the master suite for rent at $2,000 per month, reflecting the added privacy of the attached bathroom. Rent: $1,500/month per room If you're looking for a peaceful home with great views, quality amenities, and a respectful living environment, please reach out with a brief introduction about yourself. I'd be happy to answer any questions and schedule a showing.
