Eight off-street parking spaces, an oversized two-car garage, and a private fenced yard, on The Point, just blocks from Newport Harbor and downtown. Completely rebuilt in 2006 to Historic District guidelines, this 1895 cottage keeps its period character and high ceilings while adding the systems of modern construction: radiant heat, central air, tankless hot water, and 200-amp service. The main level offers a kitchen and dining area with French doors to the patio, a bright living room, and a first-floor bedroom beside a full bath, ideal for one-level living or guests. Upstairs are additional bedrooms, a flexible bonus room, and a second full bath. The paver driveway and patio, fenced lawn, and landscaped beds make the outdoor space easy to enjoy and easy to maintain. The full basement, with high ceilings and exterior access, offers room to expand. Move-in ready in one of Newport's most sought-after historic neighborhoods.
