A simply marvelous home with great history and shore charm! Located 3.5 blocks from the beach, 1.5 blocks from Main Street and all Bradley Beach has to offer, 4.5 blocks or so from the train station, and near major roadways! Built in 1914, one of the rare gem original shore colonials with just the right updates to accentuate its charm! The front porch begins that charm as the perfect spot to sit and watch the world go by. Inside, updated vinyl flooring and neutral shore tones invite you into the open living/dining space where you can enjoy quiet time or have folks over to hang out! The adorable kitchen has had its appliances and countertops updated and has surprisingly great cabinet space! Upstairs, 2 large bedrooms and an updated full bath afford great space and storage! Outside, the backyard is a very good size for the area and with the deck it's a great pallette for creating something really special for year-round enjoyment! The owner had done a great job maintaining this home and hopes someone will love it as much as they have!
