Units run from studios to three-bedrooms with open layouts and big windows looking out over the neighborhood, and it's LEED Gold certified. You can grab coffee at Happy Monday Coffee Roasters about three minutes away, walk to Y Bar or O'Leary's Public House for a drink, and theMart River Park is about eleven minutes off. The Merchandise Mart stop on the Brown and Purple lines is about an 8-minute walk, and there's a Jewel-Osco the same distance for groceries.
