A great starter home or investor owner rental property. This home holds many surprises such as lots of sunlight from the south facing back where it comes into the kitchen and courtyard. Enjoy 9"ft high ceilings and is under a total renovation. From top to bottom: New floors, molding, doors, lighting, new kitchen w/Corian countertops and cabinets that go up to the ceiling. All new trim, paint, and appliances. Plus new bathroom. Unique annex across the courtyard could be a guest bedroom or den. House just needs a little more creative design features to pop into its full potential.
