Tucked away in the woods of Enfield, Maine, just 30 minutes north of Bangor, this off-grid camp offers the kind of peace and simplicity that's becoming harder to find. Built in 2009 and situated on 7.7 private acres with approximately 330 feet along Cold Stream, this is a true Maine escape. Whether you're looking for a hunting camp, a weekend retreat, or simply a place to unplug, it delivers comfort, recreation, and solitude. Wake up to the sound of the stream, spend your days exploring the outdoors, and end your evenings around the wood stove under a sky full of stars. Located just 1/2 mile from the public boat launch on Cold Stream Pond, you'll have quick access to boating, kayaking, swimming, and some of the area's best fishing. Direct access to nearby ATV and snowmobile trails makes this an incredible four-season recreational property. Inside, the camp sleeps guests with 1 bedroom plus a spacious loft that sleeps 6. It's thoughtfully equipped for off-grid living, with solar power and an inverter capable of running lights, TV, and small appliances, gas lighting, a gas stove and refrigerator, a wall-mounted gas heater, a cozy wood stove, 3-season hot and cold running water, an outdoor shower, and an outhouse. The property is also wired for a generator, and a Honda generator conveys with the sale. If you've been searching for a place where life slows down, where mornings begin with coffee on the porch and evenings end beside a fire, this may be exactly what you've been waiting for. The camp comes fully furnished, down to the tools in the shed and the lawnmower.
