Hey Guys! We're looking to find a replacement preferably a single female for an existing lease that is good till April'2027. You'll be sharing a 2 Bed 2 Bath with a single Female who loves to keep the place clean and organized. Check the pictures for proof. This property is located in a quiet and amazing neighborhood of ST LOUIS PARK!!! It is located 5 mins from Bde Maka Ska lake, Cedar Lake, Uptown, Whole Foods, lots of biking trails and restaurants. The apartment has tons of natural light. I mean the entire wall is practically a giant window both in the living room and the bed room that makes sunsets even more prettier. The bathroom is huge and there's a lot one can fit in those closets. The Base rent is only $990. Utilities such as Electricity, water, internet, trash are roughly $100-$150 per person. There's plenty of street parking, we've lived here for 2 and a half years and barely had any issues with finding a spot. Pro tip: There is an optional heated garage for $140 if you want to use it through the winters on a first come first serve basis. If you are someone, that loves to doordash or dine in, that likes active lifestyle or lazy strolls, and prefers having clean roommates and quiet neighbors( thanks to the thick walls). Look no further, dm right here. If you really want to see the place we can show it only on Saturdays and Sundays. Ready to move in now!
