Welcome to a first-floor, 2BR/2BA end unit just 15 yards from the swimmable beach and 40 yards from the pool, restaurant, and bar. This is the ONLY condo in the complex with direct access to the quiet, peaceful Smuggler's Cove Beach -- and the snorkeling right out front at Tire Reef and Long Reef is some of the best around. No steps, no hassle -- just walk out the door and you're on the beach. The views here are seriously unbeatable. Take in Buck Island, Green Cay, Christiansted Harbour, and historic Fort Christiansvaern (built way back in 1738) right from your condo. On a clear day, you can even spot St. Thomas, St. John, and the BVI in the distance.Owner-occupied and lovingly maintained, this condo's kitchen has been beautifully renovated with new quartz countertops, new tile floors, a walk-in pantry, and a breakfast bar with seating for four -- all overlooking big, beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea.
