If you enjoy all the finer things in life with a touch of style and touch of tranquility then this is the place. This newly-renovated home is decorated with modern touches while providing the basic necessities including ALMOST obnoxious high speed ceiling fans. All that’s missing is you! The open concept kitchen is equipped with 2 fridges, sink, oven, stovetop, microwave as well as basic cookware. It’s the perfect spot for you to cook at home and save money. Plenty of stuff to do in the area and public transit to get there as well. Ybor is less than 10 mins away and downtown Tampa the same. You are only a short distance from the action while far enough away to get a peaceful night's sleep in a comfortable bed away from the hustle and bustle. This is a place to relax and feel the stress of the world slip away. For this, members are screened and asked what their goals and intentions are before every stay. We really want this to be a Home and not a crash pad or a party house. There is a 12-week Minimum stay requirement. A home is where you can let your guard down and let the stress of the outside world slip away. It's hard to do that when you have random people coming and going all the time. Because of this sense of community environment in these homes, space is very limited and people stay longer here because the sense of community is very important here. We love to have you here if you are looking for a place to feel truly comfortable and get away from the stress of the city. Come and enjoy the perks of staying with a host that truly cares about the progression of your life and career. Let's start today shall we.
