545 /Month

Happy October. I am looking for someone to take over the last month of my lease which is set to end Nov 30th, as I am moving out to find a new job. I am located in Garner, NC which is only a 10 minute drive from downtown Raleigh and 5 mins drive to I-40. I'm renting out a private room in a single family house. The room is 200-300 SF, but you'll have access to a giant kitchen, living room, garage and the clubhouse gym with over 1000 SF of space. Washer and Dryer is in the laundry room on the 2nd floor. There is street parking as well as rear alley driveway parking. My base rent is $545, with $80 on average for utilities, so this aligns with your budget. I will have 3 roommates by the time you move in, and they are between 25-30. They're easy to get along with. There are no pets. If you are interested, text me at 443-652-2967. Thank you and have a great day!
