The rooms dimensions are: -Room: 14ft x 9.8ft (sq footage: 137.2 sq ft) -Closet: 4.8ft x 4.3ft (sq footage: 20.64 sq ft) -Total sq footage: 157.84 sq ft All utilities included. Month by month. We don’t have any pets. The room is furnished, window views from the front of the house into the street. We have a second fridge and second freezer for kitchen space. We’re nearby the Huguley Hospital for a reference point. We’re a multigenerational family home. We’re filipino and white. 3 women and 3 men. We’re clean, considerate, and very to ourselves. The room is vacant because my brother moved out. Because this is our family, not a bunch of tenants or roommates, the process in choosing and letting someone into our home will be thorough. So we may not be a good fit for anyone in a rush. I can tell you much more as we learn more about eachother.
