Beautifully sited on a knoll overlooking Deep Bottom Cove is a simple, yet totally charming, three season cottage with wonderful, protected water views and pond frontage. The cottage has seen some loving changes over the past 3 years: a dreamy screened porch has been added that the owner often uses as a sleeping porch; the beautiful, original wood floors have been restored; the galley kitchen has been brought into the 21st century; heat/ac has been added in the form of a "split", an on-demand hot water heater now takes care of your domestic hot water needs and a new stack washer/drying has been installed. The setting is sublime - an unspoiled 3+ acres from which to explore the many coves of Tisbury Great Pond, the Pond itself and, of course, the barrier beach beyond. Sail, kayak, paddle board or putter around the Pond's 800 acres or out to the sandy beach and the ocean beyond. If a sanctuary is what you are seeking, you will not want to miss visiting this cherished property.
