Share a bright, well-kept corner apartment on the sixth floor with me, Brian, an active, easygoing resident who enjoys a healthy lifestyle and travels regularly. I am looking for a considerate roommate who values a clean, peaceful home, respects shared spaces, and communicates well. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, sunlit living space, hardwood floors, central heating and cooling, and an in-unit Bosch washer and dryer. The kitchen features Caesarstone countertops and stainless steel appliances. Building amenities include a doorman, gym, package room, bicycle storage, live-in superintendent, and landscaped rooftop. Private parking is available through the building. You'll be very close to Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum, the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, and Crown Heights restaurants and cafes. This is a quiet household. No parties or pets. We will discuss and come to agreement on practical expectations for guests, cleaning, and care of the shared space before move-in.
