Needs work, but this 3 bedroom home is in a cute neighborhood and is well worth the effort. Nice, traditional layout with an eat-in kitchen, living room, dining room, and full bathroom on the first floor. Upstairs has three bedrooms and a three-quarter bathroom. Why is this priced so affordably? Water filled the basement when a sump pump failed. As a safety precaution, power has been turned off, as has the water, and it is unknown if the heating system works. Possible freeze damage. Systems will not be turned on for inspections. Buyer responsible for due diligence.
