Here is an intown New Englander style home with a great neighborhood that has many good possibilities. House is in need of fix up and updating, but is rock solid and very workable, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, first level is somewhat spacious and has a decent size living room, formal dining room with build ins, a kitchen with an adjacent shed, wood flooring throughout, the bedrooms and bath are on the second level, nice full basement, FHA heat, circuit breaks, vinyl siding, large back garage with a second level that is great for storage, more. Very nice westside neighborhood, good walking area, close to shopping, banks, Western Ave, downtown, etc. This property has good flip potential, could also use it as a rental, or would make a nice home for the end user. Will not go with either FHA or VA type financing. Call Jim Pepin at Sprague and Curtis Real Estate.
