Look what is waiting for you. A two family 2 car garage house here on East st. Two bedrooms with both living and dining rooms in each unit. Most of the original 1920 charm is waiting to shine. The wood floors, the doors, the sun porches. Fantastic opportunity for the owner occupied or an investor. Additional parcel to the right gives the property a beautiful side yard. The heating system for the 2nd floor is not working. This home has been in the same family for years, and now it is your turn to make it shine.
